The case against Leti. James for a fraudulent loan application is the same type of case that got Gerry McCann the former mayor of Jersey City a tour of the federal prison system. He was a CPA and held to that standard. She is an attorney. Not a bulloney case but very legit. She should do time.
I don’t have a problem prosecuting her. It is not normally something that gets looked at though. Sam Antar actually found the discrepancy and reported it to DOJ, so it is a case that should be brought. No way she gets jail time even if convicted.
