Who Killed Rachel Morin?

As the trial looms... we talk to family lawyer and case expert Randolph Rice

Laken Riley… Jocelyn Nungary… Rachel Morin. Three young women who came to stand for the deadly consequences of America’s non-existent southern border.

At this writing, Laken Riley’s killer is convicted — and next in line for prosecution is Victor Martinez-Hernandez, Rachel Morin’s accused killer, and a Salvadoran illegal also wanted for murder back in his home country.

(Morin’s accused killer, Victor Martinez-Hernandez)

The story of how he got here, how our historically irresponsible border policies allowed it, and how the police used truly cutting-edge investigative work to nab him plays like both a crime novel and an indictment of the previous administration.

If you thought you knew how bad the Biden team was… click today’s podcast to hear Randolph Rice, attorney for the Morin family, give us the details of this horrific case.

At this writing, Martinez-Hernandez just lost his motion to move the case out of its current venue, and also rejected a plea deal. Meaning: we’ll see him on trial in April.

Join Paul and Randolph for a deep-dive into a case you should know about…. And understand once again how lucky we are that Biden, Harris, and Mayorkas are no longer in power.

(Special thanks to Randolph and Rice Law for today’s appearance — and for their vital work on this important case).
