Thank you Paul for the interesting background on the American Nazis and the stealing by its leader: nothing really changes does it? I wonder whether the people flinging these epithets like “fascist” at DJT even know what exactly the term means? (The short descriptor “Everything within the state, nothing outside the state” is helpful as shorthand- I may have this somewhat incorrect- please correct.)
Fantastic, as always. Excellent insight on the JFK Assassination situation with the promise to release classified documents by Trump. Everyday people do not understand about the amount of Kennedy-family money that went to the Chicago "Outfit" ( Sam Giancana, et al.) that may have resulted in the Outfit putting Kennedy into the White House. Instead of appreciation, JFK made RFK the Attorney General who then unleashed the Government against Organized Crime that J. Edgar Hoover said did not exist. As Ben "Bugsy" Siegal found out, "You can steal from the Mob but don't expect to live forever!"
Hoover loved racetracks and he had a close relationship with at least one of his subordinates. It could have been a number of things. Hoover kept a good agency from being even better. I worked with some really good guys in the Bureau but none of them ever told me that really wanted to work in FBI Headquarters.
If you get a chance, you might find my current post on the evolving US-Mexico relationship interesting. We have an excellent opportunity if Trump wins. If I was Donald, I might recommend RFK, Jr. to be the next US Ambassador to Mexico. I would love to attend a dinner party with the Trumps and the New Mexican President and her husband, a bank risk management expert.

I always heard that Frank Costello had something on Hoover and that’s why Hoover denied they existed. Gambling debts or something.
